At OZtrail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your return.
